This family oriented neighbourhood is graced with beautiful mature trees, lots of hills, and ravine woodlots. There are five parks within the borders of this neigbourhood, and the areas that have old growth trees have been protected from development- so the natural beauty will likely be there to stay. Not to mention, although it is not a large neighbourhood, Amesbury has its own own schools, community centre, public library, and sports clubs!

While its borders are somewhat inexact, the area more or less lies between Lawrence Avenue to the north, Jane Street on the west, and Keele Street on the east.
