Corso Italia is a smaller neighbourhood contained within the bigger Corso Italia-Davenport neighbourhood. There are numerous cafes, clothing and shoe shops, restaurants, food markets and more. This is considered Toronto's second Italian neighbourhood aside from Little Italy though there is also a significant Latin American and Portuguese residents. The Corso Italia Toronto Fiesta is one of the annual festivals hosted in this neighbourhood.

This area is right along St. Clair Avenue West between Lansdowne Avenue on the West and Westmount Avenue on the East.
