Grange Park was a prominate neighbourhood of mansions, some of which can still be found lining Beverly Street.  The majority of the area is populated by working class families in working class homes.  There is also a mix of OCAD students and University of Toronto students that made the area very diverse including homes converted to art galleries, restaurants and other shops.  

Geographical Location - Grange park is located between the borders of University Avenue and Spadina Avenue, south of College St and North of Queen Street East. 

Notable Amenities in Grange Park are:  

1. Schools -  Ogden Park Junior Public School, Heyden Park Secondary School, and prestigious Ontario College of Art and Design (OCAD) 

2. Attractions:  The Art Gallery of Ontario, and Grange Park 

Getting To Grange Park By Public Transportation:  

There are three subway stations, Osgood Station (Queen Street), St. Patrick Station (Dundas Street), and Queen's Park Station (College Street) all in Grange Park on the Yonge-University subway line.  There are also streetcar stops along College street, Dundas street, Queen street and Spadina street. The Spadina streetcar connects with the Bloor subway line as well.
