Harris Square condos will be the fourth and final phase for River City.  A large part of the building will be standing 5 meters above the ground to connect Lawren Harris Square and Underpass Park so that the building looks like it is suspended in the air.  This bold architectural doesn't stop there! The building will feature a series of pentagonal plates sitting atop one another allowing for large balconies for most of the suites. 

Building:  Harris Square will be 13 stories tall with 154 suites and approximately 80 parking spots not including 9 visitor parking spots. There will also be retail space on the ground floor. It will be a LEED Gold building and designed to attain Toronto Green Standard Tier 2 which is the highest tier. 

Amenities:    Aside from having three major public parks in front of and behind the building, it will also have its own amenties including a party room and lounge beside the rooftop terrace, a 2,000 sqft fitness studio with yoga room, kids play room, guest suites, conceirge and a lending library for useful bulky items to share that are difficult to store. 

Suite Features:   The loft-style suites will feature 9'-10' exposed concrete ceilings, exposed concrete columns, engineered hardwood floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and open concept kitchens with engineered stone countertops. Bathrooms will feature vessel sinks and single lever faucets and those showers that are separate will be frameless glass with full height tiles surrounds.
